1.4 - Are there capital or financial links between the Publisher and the Partners?

The Publisher informs Users that there is no capital link between the Publisher and the Partners whose offers are presented on the Blog.

The Publisher offers its service of referencing Partners and their offers on the Blog for a fee.

Thus, he receives remuneration from the Partners for their referencing and the presentation of their offers in the event of subscription to an offer by the User on the Partner's website.

Connecting Partners and Users

2.1 - What is the quality of the Partners referenced on the Blog?

2.2 - What are the conditions of the linking service offered by the Publisher?

The Blog allows the connection of Partners and non-professional consumer Users as well as professional Users, wishing to subscribe to Solutions by being redirected to the Partner's site.

Said connection will lead to the conclusion of a contract between the Partner and the User.

This linking service is provided free of charge by the Publisher to the User. No additional paid service is charged to the User.

2.3 - What are the conditions of the contract concluded by the User following this connection?

The Publisher is not responsible for the management of the financial transaction by the Partner.

As the contract is concluded directly between the Partner and the User, the Publisher does not offer any assurance or guarantee relating to the supply of the Solutions.

Finally, any dispute between a User and a Partner relating to the conclusion, validity or performance of a contract concluded between them cannot bind the Publisher. However, the User is advised to inform the Publisher of any grievance he may have against a Partner so that he can take the appropriate measures relating to the referencing of the Partner on the Blog.
